Our company was built on a passion for precision and craftsmanship, beginning with a small service shop and growing through decades of experience in global watch operations and independent repair.

In the 1970's, we became the authorized Bulova service centre for over 600 jewellery stores across Canada, then expanded through national contracts with major retailers like Woodward’s and Eaton’s. When Woodward’s merged with Hudson’s Bay, we evolved once again—forming On Time Service Corp to support growing demand and service The Bay across Western Canada.

As the Canadian retail landscape has continued to change, we have continued to adapt - now proudly operating Watch & Jewellery Repair and Services in London Drugs locations across Western Canada, delivering trusted expertise and efficient turnaround every day.
