For over three decades, On Time Service Corp has been synonymous with expert watch and jewellery repair within Hudson’s Bay stores across Western Canada. From our inaugural location in 1992 to serving customers in 33 stores from Victoria to Winnipeg, we've built a legacy of trust, craftsmanship, and dedication. At our peak, we proudly served over 6,000 customers each week.
However, as of June 1, 2025, Hudson’s Bay has closed all its stores nationwide, marking the end of an era in Canadian retail history. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the countless Hudson’s Bay associates, store managers, and customers who made these decades so memorable.
We also want to recognize and thank the incredible team of On Time Service staff—past and present—who have been instrumental in building our reputation as Canada’s most trusted watch and jewellery repair company.
